Zen Creation of Shindo Art Restaurant

We went to Zen Creation of Shindo Art Restaurant located at East Coast Park.
Have caught attention on the name of the restaurant. It serves Pan-Asian fusion cuisine.
There isn't much tables inside the restaurant so does the outside seats.

We've made a reservation of the dinner and we were surprised to see rose patels decorates on our dining table. So romantic.

The presentation makes the food looks apealing classy.

Appetiser - Shisamo & Mango Prawn roll.

As you can see the shisamo were too charred that caused the fish to taste dry and bitter. The prawn in the other hand were nicely cooked and the taste was nice.

Seafood Pasta.

The seafood pasta taste just normal like those we had in other restaurants.

Baked Cheese Salmon.

Yummy!! This is my favourite dish. The fish was nicely covered with delicous baked cheese yet not too dry. It's taste is very unique. Even the salad was nicely dressed.

Low Carbo Grilled Fish.

This fish actually taste great but after trying the Baked Cheese Salmon, this dish seems to lose out. But the ingredients on the fish taste great.

Spicy Chicken

The chicken is not spicy at all inspite of the name of the dish. The chicken actually taste great but again the outer layer was too chaarred fried.

Afterall, the food of the restaurant is noce and apealing. The creativity and effort can be seen. The chef really treat the food as an art and the taste of the food is very unique. Other than the deep fried items were overcooked, the rest of the dish taste great.

There's still room for improvent on their service. The serving crews are foreign workers and they are very slow in serving and they are very forgetful. The person who took our order couldn't remember what we've orderd and kept serving wrong dish to our table. We were wondering how could they forgot the orders where there isn't much tables in the restaurant.
